Had fun with Alex's class this morning doing this little exercise. : Trace you index finger 8 times on a paper; on the left finger tracing draw a laughing person with a hat; next draw a girl with straight hair and sunglasses; next a person with a ball cap on their head, blowing a bubble the covers their nose; next a surprised man with a bee on his nose; next a girl who is also surprised looking at the man with a bee on his nose; next a laughing woman with a necklace made of both big and little beads; next a man wearing cool/groove sunglasses; and last the back of someone head. (mine is supposed to be a clown with a pie in his hand). After this little exercise we played a find and seek game of shapes in the classroom. I always enjoy working with the kids, and it is so rewarding when one of them approaches me to say that they Love it when I come and visit the class. Makes my day. :)
