It was very interesting to see the different styles of pickets for each grave site (each style had slight variation to each picket so you know they were all hand carved). I only had time to draw 3 of them before the girls were ready to go. In years past we didn't see the gravesites up on the hill next to the road. However someone white washed the front of one of the fences so that it stood out against the trees.
