First Workshop of 2012
This will be the first time I have offer a workshop in the Boise area. It will be nice not to travel so far. I am hoping that I will get some excitement about visual journaling closer to home. What better way to start than to teach a bookbinding class, then get them excited about drawing and journaling?
This is also perfect timing for me. I need to make a new book for the upcoming year.

Could you move closer to Ohio, please? Pretty please?
Lisa ... I LOVE your work. Have you considered teaching an 'art journaling' class in the Boise area?? (Please??)
Karen, What if me meet in the middle??? Thank you for the Christmas card! I always look forward to them and love that the cards brought us closer way back in 2007! I sadly didn't get my cards out in time :( So I plan on using what I started for a Print Exchange entitled "leftovers"
Connie: I am hoping that by getting artists to make their own books that I will inspire them to start art journaling, which would lead to workshops closer to home! Send me your email and i keep you posted on the upcoming workshops. :)
Heather: Funny story, you are the second person today to contact me for this info. I would be happy to email you the pdfs and jpgs. Just need your email address :)
I'm so bummed that I barely missed attending your art journaling workshop. I've just found art journaling and had no idea there was someone in the area who taught classes.
I hope you'll offer more classes in the future.
lorell,
I am actually meeting with Amy Nack (Wingtip Press owner) next week about scheduling some more dates for this workshop. We had such a blast the first go around! I'll let you all know when the next ones will be!
